Overnight at Fort Peck

This is the ad that appears in our weekly paper.

We hadn't been to Fort Peck for a few years,
so we made a plan to go last weekend.

We stayed in the historic Fort Peck Hotel.
It was built in the 1930's.

Above is the entrance to the dining room,
at the back of the hotel.

Vintage bedstead and little dresser in the room.

This is a neat old building, close to the hotel.

Open area in front of the hotel.

""Cheaper by the Dozen" was
the play we attended.

The powerhouse at the dam.

The next morning we stopped at this place.

The old pickup advertises for the new coffee shop.

The coffee shop is located in the former water treatment facility.
They've used some of the original cupboards, and other
things that were left in the place.

We each got a cup/mug.
Our collection keeps growing...

We agreed it was a fun overnight getaway.
