We had a great day in Regina celebrating Susan T's birthday.
Here's the assortment of goodies. A favorite sandwich was the smoked salmon pinwheels. It was fun to compare these with the pictures we took when we went to high tea at the Hotel Sasketchewan in February.
There were several toppings for the scones.
A good day with a couple of great ladies!
We were surprised to see a hibiscus plant flowering!
It seemed unusual for a northern climate.
We also stopped at the formal gardens by the Legislative building. The design is different every year, and the detail involved is amazing.
