My favorite dessert in this cute little "shot glass!" The second layer was a tart, fruit flavored pudding texture, with a bit of tapioca added. Oh yes, the main meal was good, too. It is served buffet style, and the meats were salmon and chicken. Marilyn and Fran both enjoyed a pie that was a combination of rhubarb and saskatoon berries, with a delicious crust.
